thumbs up to the govt for implementing a new pay rise to all govt officials but..

I guess whateva u do in life there's always a LOUD BUT to it..and this pay rise thingy is no diff..few eyebrows is lifted due to this payrise..and i admit mine did too..cos i'm not affected by this PAY RISE!! damnn..

Our PM pay is like va va vooomm...wow wee..i understand that due to the heavy role that he is carrying, dis pay is just wad he deserves..but wad abt ppL like me, like d few of us which is neither here nor there..so who will fite for us and pay us our due? Don't we do the same work as those ppL? i think we did more but wad d heck.. since we're neither here nor there, guess will just have to keep quiet n go wif d flow..

So mayb d few of you mite want to consider joining d govt sector..?? since they want to be on par with d private sector..so you mite fit d bill??

But just a food for thought. Do we work solely for the money or do the money work for us? In other words, with this pay rise are we looking for sumthing dat really makes us happy n fullfilled OR just for the sake of having more money and get rich faster..hrmm...either way i do wonder wad singapore will b'cum in d future...
